Handpiece maintenance
  • The handpiece should be cleaned between treatments using water to assure no residue remains in the handpiece.
  • The handpiece should be thoroughly cleaned and dried at the end of the workday. Solutions left in the handpiece may eventually cause handpiece blockage. To clean the handpiece place the spike in warm water, press the pedal and let the water flow for 30 seconds, after which the spike should be removed from the water, and the air should flow for 1-2 additional minutes until dry.
Device troubleshooting

Device cannot be turned ON
  • Secure the cable connection on the back of the device and connect the main cable plug to an electricity socket.
  • Press the ON/OFF switch on the back of the device.
  • If the issue persists contact your local service provider.
Device is switched ON but the pedal does not react
  • Confirm that the pedal cable is connected to the back of the device
  • If the issue persists contact your local service provider
Device suddenly stopped working
  • The device and pedal are working yet no air nor solution are coming out of the handpiece.
    • Confirm that the air tube is secured to the front of the device and that the other end of the tube is secured to the handpiece.
    • The handpiece may be blocked. Replace handpiece.
    • If the new handpiece is still not releasing air or fluid confirm the usage of certified solutions. Uncertified solutions may not properly fit through the handpiece and may cause handpiece blockage and even damage to the device.
    • If the issue persists contact your local service provider.
  • Device pedal stopped responding.
    • Confirm that the pedal cable is securely connected to the back of the device. If the issue persists contact your local service provider.
  • Device stopped working and does not respond to pedal, nor makes static noise
    • Restart the device by turning it OFF, unplugging the device from the electricity socket, then plug back in and turn ON the device. If the issue persists contact your local service provider.
Device stopped working and LED light flickers.
  • There is a pressure valve malfunction. Turn OFF the device and contact your local service provider.
Inappropriate noise or vibration when device is ON
  • Air outlet may be blocked or a there may be a compressor malfunction, contact your local service provider to resolve.
Handpiece and Air tube troubleshooting

No air, nor solution are coming out of the handpiece
  • Confirm that the device is ON and that the pedal is working.
  • Confirm that the air tube is secured to the front of the device and that the other end of the tube is secured to the handpiece.
  • If the issue persists contact your local service provider.
Air is flowing, yet no liquid is coming out.
  • Confirm that the solution source is in a hanging position, and that there is solution left in the bottle or bag.
  • Check that the air valve on the spike is open to prevent vacuum effect in bottle.
  • The handpiece may be blocked. Replace handpiece.
  • If the new handpiece is still is not releasing air or fluid confirm the usage of certified solutions. Uncertified solutions may not properly fit through the handpiece and may cause handpiece blockage and even damage to the device.

When in work, solution is leaking from the tip or anywhere else other than the nozzles.

  • In between uses the handpiece should be placed in the allocated device holder, with the tip pointing up. If connected to solution make sure the solution source is placed lower than the handpiece.
  • After use before storage be sure to let the stream of air flow without solution for 1-2 minutes to be sure that no fluid remains in the tube and handpiece.

Air tube connectivity issue
  • Confirm use of original JetPeel tubing.
  • When connecting the tube to the device, press firmly, and screw all the way. Screw the other end of the tube directly to the handpiece.
  • If screw connector on tube is damaged replace with new air tube.
  • If screw shaft on device is damaged contact your local service provider to resolve.

There is residue on the bottom of the bottle. Can I still use it?
Residue should not accumulate on the bottom of the bottle. We recommend to use open solutions for a period of no longer than 3 months, unless stated differently on the package. In any case of residue in the solution, do not use, as may damage the handpiece.
There are particles in the solution. Can I still use it?
  • Rarely fragments of the bottle lid may fall into the solution when left open for a long time and pierced many times with the spike. We recommend to use open solutions for a period of no longer than 3 months, unless stated differently on the package. In any case of fragments in the solution, do not use, as may damage the handpiece.

How should the solutions be stored?
