Wrinkles and Laxity

with JetPeel by TavTech

Performed by Laura Masini at Hautärzte Paasch Clinic, Germany

Case Description:

Patient Profile: Female, Age 75

This case highlights the clinical efficacy of JetPeel by TavTech in addressing wrinkles and skin laxity associated with moderate photoaging. The patient, a 75-year-old female, presented with static periorbital wrinkles and mild-to-moderate cutaneous laxity characterized by early loss of firmness and elasticity. Additional findings included pigmentary changes and uneven skin tone on the upper cheek area, consistent with sun-induced skin damage.

During the consultation, the patient presented with:

  • Prominent static rhytides around the lateral canthus (crow’s feet), visible at rest.
  • Mild-to-moderate cutaneous laxity with early loss of firmness and elasticity.
  • Uneven pigmentation and dyschromia, characteristic of sun-induced skin damage.
  • Subtle changes in skin texture, reflecting age-related dermal remodeling.

Treatment Process:

This protocol was designed to treat mature, photoaged skin by directly targeting the manifestation of aging: loss of collagen, reduced elasticity, diminished firmness, and uneven skin density. The aim is to invigorate collagen and elastin and correct visible signs of cutaneous aging.
Two treatment sessions were performed, the second treatment being performed 7 days after the first, resulting in progressive improvements in wrinkle reduction, skin firmness, tone, and overall vitality, while ensuring patient comfort with no downtime.

Summary and Conclusion:

The treatment protocol demonstrated a powerful ability to address the key manifestations of moderate skin photoaging, including static wrinkles, cutaneous laxity, loss of firmness and elasticity, uneven pigmentation, and dyschromia. After two sessions, the patient achieved visible improvements in wrinkle reduction, smoother texture, refined tone, and enhanced hydration, with noticeable gains in skin density, elasticity, and firmness.

For optimal results, a series of three additional sessions is recommended, performed 7–10 days apart. This cycle maximizes the benefits by invigorating collagen and elastin, thereby improving skin density, elasticity, and firmness while enhancing overall skin resilience.

To maintain these long-term results, a maintenance plan of one treatment every 6–8 weeks is advised. This regimen sustains hydration, preserves elasticity and firmness, counteracts the appearance of wrinkles, and helps delay the deeper signs of aging—ensuring lasting skin clarity, vitality, and radiance.
