Case Description:

A 42-year-old female patient presented with severe skin dryness, a dull complexion, and visible fine expression lines, particularly around the eyes. Her medical history included Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which contributed to impaired skin hydration and reduced elasticity. The patient reported a feeling of tightness and a lack of radiance in her skin.

During the initial consultation, the following concerns were presented:

• Severe Skin Dryness: Marked dehydration and impaired moisture retention, necessitating intensive hydration and reinforcement of the skin’s barrier.
• Fine Expression Lines: Visible early signs of aging, particularly around the eyes, indicating the need for collagen stimulation and
  skin elasticity improvement.

Treatment: Focused on intensive skin hydration and the delivery of ingredients necessary for collagen production to improve skin elasticity and overall radiance.
